Bulk Billing Announcement

At Clarence Town Healthcare, we are pleased to bulk bill standard and long consultations for eligible patients. This helps make quality general practice care more accessible to the Clarence Town community and surrounding areas. Bulk billing means that for these consultation types, Medicare covers the full cost of your visit, and there is no out-of-pocket expense for you at the time of your appointment.

Please note that bulk billing applies to standard and long consultations only. Certain services will attract a gap fee or be billed at a private rate. These include (but are not limited to) in-clinic procedures and workers compensation (WorkCover) consultations. Fees for these services are payable at the time of your appointment. Where applicable, Medicare rebates can be processed electronically and paid directly into your nominated bank account.

If you have any questions about our billing options, or if you are experiencing financial difficulty, we encourage you to speak with our reception team before or during your consultation - we are always happy to assist.
