We are mixed billing practice
At our medical practice, our doctors provide services primarily on a private billing basis. Fee applicable to your consultation are required to be settled at the time of your appointment, with payment accepted via cash, EFTPOS, or Credit Card (excluding American Express). Your Medicare rebate can be conveniently submitted electronically, ensuring direct deposit to your bank account. We recognise that financial challenges should not impact your health care, and we encourage open discussions about any concerns with your doctor or our practice manager. Your well-being is our utmost priority.

- It is a medicare requirement that you present your medicare card at the time of each consultation.
- There is no medicare rebate for pre-employment or Insurance medicals.
- Workers compensation consultations are built at work cover approved rates. Patients are supposed to pay at the time of the consultation and will be able to claim back the whole fee from the work cover.
- Department of veterans affairs (DVA) patients are billed directly to DVA. Patients are asked to present their cards at each visit.
- Aged pensioners or health care card holders may be offered a discounted fee patients are asked to present their cards at each visit.
