Please note that bulk billing applies to standard and long consultations only. Certain services will attract a gap fee or be billed at a private rate. These include (but are not limited to) in-clinic procedures and workers compensation (WorkCover) consultations.
Our medical practice operates primarily on a private billing basis. Consultation fees are payable at the time of your appointment, with payment accepted via cash, EFTPOS, or credit card (excluding American Express). Where applicable, Medicare rebates can be submitted electronically for direct deposit into your nominated bank account.
Patients are encouraged to discuss any billing or financial concerns with their doctor or our practice manager.
