We’ve moved to bulk billing for standard and long GP consultations. If you have a
valid Medicare card, there’s no out-of-pocket cost for these visits. Same doctors, same care —
now fully bulk billed.
Clarence Town Medical Centre has been part of this community for over a decade. What started as a small practice serving Clarence Town has grown into a trusted general practice caring for patients from Dungog, Seaham, Woodville, and the wider Hunter Valley .
Our doctors are independent GPs. That means clinical decisions are made based on what’s right for you, not what suits a shareholder. It also means longer consultations, honest advice, and time to actually listen.
We’re part of the Healthcare Evolutions network, which includes Wallsend Healthcare, Cameron Park Healthcare, Paterson Healthcare, Valentine Healthcare, Huntlee Healthcare, and Branxton Healthcare. Sharing infrastructure across the network means our Clarence Town team can focus on what matters – patient care.
All doctors at Clarence Town Healthcare are registered with the
Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and
practise in line with RACGP standards for Australian general
practice.
