- Consultations about workers' compensation are billed at WorkCover-approved rates.
- It is the responsibility of the patient to pay upfront the cost of worker cover certification and will be able to claim 100 % back from an insurance company.
- We facilitate billing of the insurance company for any additional reports and case conferences as required by our doctors.
- We do not submit claims to insurance companies for standard consultations; payment is required on the day of your appointment.
- When scheduling an appointment, please indicate whether it is for workers' compensation or if a third party is involved.
