These te Clarence Town Healthcare facilitates access to pathology services for patients as part of routine medical care. Tests are requested by our doctors based on clinical assessment and individual patient needs, in line with current clinical guidelines.
On-Site Pathology Collection
An on-site pathology collection service is available at Clarence Town Healthcare to support patient convenience. Specimen collection is conducted during the following hours:
- Monday to Friday
- 8:30 AM to 1:30 PM
All samples are collected for analysis by an external accredited pathology provider.
Pathology Provider
Pathology specimens collected on site are processed by an independent Australian pathology laboratory. Results are returned to the requesting doctor, who will discuss findings with patients and advise on appropriate next steps where required.
